Our Staff

Dr. Duane L. Archer MPH, DDS

Dr. Archer attended the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana, and received his B.A. He then went on to achieve his Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois, Chicago, it was during this Masters program that he participated in a dental clinic, this experience sparked his interest in the dental field and he was hooked!

Having always wanted to help and give back to the community, he realized that oral health plays such an important role in our overall well being, and is sometimes put aside and often neglected. With this in mind, the only way he could make a difference was to become a dentist. He attended the University of Michigan Dental School in Ann Arbor.

Dr. Archer with his wife Karen, and their three children moved to Maryland and are pleased to call Columbia home. They have since expanded their family with the addition of their fourth daughter!

Besides his love for dentistry, Dr. Archer enjoys playing soccer, and is a huge sports fan, Precision Dentistry even has its own Fantasy Football and Basketball league. He looks forward to meeting you, and welcoming you to the "Family".

Terina - Office Manager

With her many years of dental office management, Terina has been a key player in the business operation at Precision Dentistry. Her commitment, creativity and loyalty to the patients are her top priority, and she can always be seen with a warm smile on her face. She provides exceptional customer service while creating a caring atmosphere. Her love for what she does and for people is truly apparent as she makes every patient a priority and treats them with dignity and respect.

In her spare time she enjoys roller skating and spending time with family and friends.

Nia - Schedule Coordinator

Nia earned her diploma in Dental Assisting from Everest Institute in Atlanta, GA. Surprisingly, Nia initially had a huge fear of the Dentist before becoming an assistant. In finding the right dental office that made her feel comfortable, Nia is now over her fear and has become extremely interested in the field of Dentistry. She is very passionate about her patients and loves what she does! Having recently moved to Maryland, Nia enjoys calling Precision Dentistry home, and is now a Scheduling Coordinator.

In her spare time, Nia loves to spend quality time with her husband and 3 year old son.
